Advancing Comprehensive Preparations for Udon Thani International Horticultural Expo 2026

On 7 August 2026, Mr. Rapeepat Chantharasriwong, Director-General of the Department of Agriculture, together with Ms. Kanchana Thongna, Director of the Office for the International Horticultural Exposition (OIHE), and the working group, attended a meeting to discuss approaches to managing the International Horticultural Exposition, Udon Thani 2026, jointly with Udon Thani Province and Media I Am Co., Ltd. (MEDIA I AM CO., LTD.), the contractor responsible for management, public relations, and event activities for the project.

Mr. Nathaphon Withi, Deputy Governor of Udon Thani Province, chaired the meeting, which was also attended by heads of government agencies, the private sector, and members of the press, at the Krom Luang Prajak Sillapakhom Meeting Room, Building 1, 5th Floor, Udon Thani Provincial Hall. The meeting aimed to integrate cooperation and ensure readiness in every dimension—covering management, public relations, facilitation services, and the organization of various activities—to be carried out efficiently in support of the International Horticultural Exposition, Udon Thani 2026, which will open to welcome visitors from around the world.
